CITY OF MARBLE FALLS ANNOUNCES CAPITAL EQUIPMENT ACQUISITIONS

Marble Falls, TX (August 2023) – The City of Marble Falls has begun the process of acquiring new capital equipment for a variety of city departments. The acquisitions include police vehicles, heavy equipment, and 911 radio technology to remain up-to-date and to provide the best service to citizens. The city has begun implementation of the new 911 technology and anticipates delivery of the vehicles and heavy equipment by the end of September. Financing for the acquisitions was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

CITY OF CLEBURNE ANNOUNCES GOLF CART FLEET UPDATE

Cleburne, TX (August 2023) – The City of Cleburne announces the acquisition of 78 new golf carts and multiple new utility vehicles for the city’s municipal golf course. The new fleet is replacing the city’s previously leased carts from 2017. The vehicles will be used by golfers and maintenance workers for daily gameplay and operations. The city has already received the new carts from Club Car, and financing for the acquisition was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

WYANDOTTE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ANNOUNCES SCHOOL BUS ACQUISITION

Wyandotte, OK (August 2023) – Wyandotte Public Schools announces the addition of new activity buses to the district’s fleet. The acquisition marks the beginning of an initiative to update segments of the fleet on an annual basis. The replacement cycle will allow the district to maintain a current fleet while remaining within budget. The first set of new buses will be used for the high school’s varsity sports teams and will be delivered in the beginning of the 2023-24 school year. NEDERLAND FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT ACQUIRES NEW PUMPER APPARATUS

Nederland, CO (March 2023) – Nederland Fire Protection District announces the acquisition of a new Pierce Saber 4X4 pumper fire truck. The new apparatus will replace a 27-year-old engine as the first step in the district’s new Vehicle Replacement Plan. The plan involves replacing thirteen vehicles in the district’s fleet over the next eighteen years. The truck was purchased from Front Range Fire Apparatus, and financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

CITY OF FERRIS ACQUIRES NEW FIRE APPARATUSES

December 29, 2022

Ferris, TX (December 2022) – The City of Ferris announces the acquisition of a new fire engine and a new brush truck. The new vehicles will be able to carry a combined 1,400 gallons of water and eight firefighters. “The addition of these vehicles will significantly bolster the response for the City of Ferris and our surrounding communities by allowing us to respond to multiple or simultaneous emergencies,” stated Fire Chief Brian Horton, “The new trucks will also serve as backup when other fleet vehicles are receiving scheduled maintenance.
