LEACH PUBLIC SCHOOL ANNOUNCES NEW BUILDING

Leach Public School, OK (August 2021) – Leach Public School approved the purchase of a 98’ x 64’ six classroom building. This acquisition will be an addition to Leach Public School and will house pre-kindergarten through 4th grade. This building, manufactured by Ramtech Building Systems, will also include an interior corridor as well as restrooms. The anticipated delivery is the end of this month and the building is expected to be in-service by the middle of September. Financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO.4 ANNOUNCES THE BUILDING OF A NEW STATION

 

Montgomery County, Texas (July 2021) – The Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 4 announces construction of a new station. The facility will include two floors and the square footage will roughly be 23,000 square feet. The first floor will include five double stacked bays, a decon room, seven dorm rooms, a lieutenant room, and a chief room. The second floor will include a meeting room and office space. With construction beginning the end of this year, the anticipated completion date is December 2022. Architectural design and construction is being provided by Grossman Design Build, Mansfield, Texas. Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas provided financing for the project.

LITTLE ELM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BREAKS GROUND ON TINMAN SOCIAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE

  Little Elm, Texas (July 2021) – The Little Elm Economic Development Corporation announces the groundbreaking
of, “Tinman Social.” This social entertainment venue is made possible through a Public-Private Partnership. The
facility will include ping pong, cornhole, axe throwing, shuffleboard, bowling, and a full-service restaurant and bar
with indoor and outdoor seating. The square footage of the facility will be 36,000 square feet. Financing for the
project was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

CALLAHAN CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION AND RENOVATION OF NEW OFFICES

Callahan Central Appraisal District (April 2021) – Callahan Central Appraisal District recently announced the acquisition and renovation of a building located at 132 E. 3rd Street in Baird, Texas.  The new facility will serve as the appraisal district office.  Renovation is scheduled to begin in a few weeks.  The 3,000 square foot building will house the districts’ staff of six and will include five offices, a boardroom, kitchen and other office facilities.  Government Capital Corporation, Southlake Texas provided the financing for the facility.

REEVES COUNTY ESD NO. 1 AND 2 PLANS NEW FACILITIES

Reeves County, Texas (March 2021) – Reeves County Emergency Service Districts No. 1 and No. 2 recently approved the construction of three fire stations. Construction of the multi-phase project is scheduled to begin in the coming months. The project will include a central headquarters facility with emergency command capabilities and training facilities. Martinez Architects, LP, Kingwood, Texas provided the architectural design. Financing for the project was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
