Reeves County, Texas (March 2021) – Reeves County Emergency Service Districts No. 1 and No. 2 recently approved the construction of three fire stations. Construction of the multi-phase project is scheduled to begin in the coming months. The project will include a central headquarters facility with emergency command capabilities and training facilities. Martinez Architects, LP, Kingwood, Texas provided the architectural design. Financing for the project was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
“The new facilities that are being constructed will immediately improve our response times and capabilities across the county,” stated Adrian Garcia, Joint Emergency Services Chief. “The expertise provided by Government Capital allowed us to add the third station to our near-term construction plans which will ensure that all regions of the County benefit from the new facilities and apparatus.”
