CITY OF BEGGS TO UPGRADE ELECTRIC AND WATER METERS

Beggs, Oklahoma (November 2021) – The City of Beggs announces the upgrade of electric and water meters including an Automatic Meter Infrastructure. This upgrade will allow meters to be read and monitored more accurately as well as operate more efficiently while improving service to the residents of Beggs. This project is anticipated to be completed by the end of this month. Secure Vision provided the metering solution including project design and installation. Financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

CITY OF SEBEKA UPGRADES WATER METERS

Sebeka, MN (October 2021) – The City of Sebeka announces the upgrade of water meters including an Automatic Meter Infrastructure. OAKLAND ANNOUNCES REFUNDING SAVINGS

Oakland, Oregon (May 2021) – The City of Oakland recently announced the refunding of a Business Oregon Economic and Community Development loan. The original note proceeds were used for the 2005 construction of a water treatment plant.  The refinancing provided substantial savings to the City and its constituents maintaining the same loan terms but with a reduced fixed interest rate.  The tax-exempt financing structure for the refunding was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas. CITY OF BURNS ANNOUNCES REFUNDING SAVINGS

Burns, Oregon (May 2021) – The City of Burns announces the recent refunding of a League of Oregon Cities, LOCAP Program loan. The original note proceeds were used for the land acquisition and construction of the Burns Municipal Airport. The tax-exempt refunding loan structure resulted in a significant savings for the city via a reduced fixed interest rate and contains less restrictive covenants.
