CENTRAL LINN SCHOOL DISTRICT ANNOUNCES THE PURCHASE OF TWO BUSES

Central Linn School District, Oregon (September 2021) – Central Linn School District announces the purchase of two Type D (rear engine) Blue Bird buses. One of the vehicles includes a wheelchair lift and under storage. The vehicles, which represent additions to the school district’s fleet, have recently been delivered and are already in use. Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas provided the financing for the acquisition.

LEACH PUBLIC SCHOOL ANNOUNCES NEW BUILDING

Leach Public School, OK (August 2021) – Leach Public School approved the purchase of a 98’ x 64’ six classroom building. This acquisition will be an addition to Leach Public School and will house pre-kindergarten through 4th grade. This building, manufactured by Ramtech Building Systems, will also include an interior corridor as well as restrooms. The anticipated delivery is the end of this month and the building is expected to be in-service by the middle of September. Financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.

BASEHOR-LINWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT TO UPGRADE SPORTS FIELDS

Basehor-Linwood School District 458, Kansas (February 2021) – Basehor-Linwood High School recently approved the purchase of artificial turf for the district soccer, baseball, and softball programs. Installation of the turf is scheduled to be completed August 2021. David Howard, Superintendent, stated, “I’m excited about this upgrade and the impact it will have for the Basehor-Linwood High School athletic programs.” The project design and implementation were provided by Mammoth Sports Construction, Meriden, Kansas.

NEW SYNTHETIC TURF FOR ROOSEVELT ISD

Roosevelt ISD, Texas (January 2021) – Roosevelt ISD recently approved the purchase of synthetic turf for the district football stadium.  Installation of the turf is scheduled for completion in July 2021.  “Football Coach Matt Landers is excited about this upgrade and the impact it will have for the Roosevelt ISD football program,” stated Dallas Grimes, Superintendent.  Project design and implementation were provided by Symmetry Sports Construction, Mount Pleasant, Texas.
