Wylie, TX (September 2022) – The Wylie Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) announces an infrastructure project intended to spur economic growth within the city of Wylie. This infrastructure project will unlock acreage and help promote development throughout the city. Once the project begins, the 544 Gateway Property as well as Hwy 78 & Brown will be the first locations to break ground. Financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
