Pampa, Texas (February 2019) – Pampa Independent School District recently announced the replacement of the turf at the Harvester Field Athletic Stadium. The project completed in January by Hellas Construction, consists of a Matrix systematic turf solution developed by Hellas. The turf has an estimated lifespan of more than 10 years and is currently utilized in the school market as well as the NFL. Government Capital Corporation was selected to finance the project.
“Government Capital Corporation (GCC) has provided assistance at every turn. They made the process effortless allowing closing to be accomplished on a timely basis. GCC’s finance structure was the most cost effective, especially critical when cash flow is tight, but you must renovate and update your facilities.” stated Tanya Larkin, Superintendent.
“I enjoyed working closely with the Superintendent and Business Manager to provide the structure for their purchase on their established timeline. I take great pride in working with our clients, facilitating financing that will benefit students for years to come,” affirmed Stephanie Cates, Client Services Vice President. “The financing allowed the School District to upgrade their stadium field without depleting their fund balance.”
