Montgomery, TX (January 2025) – Montgomery County ESD 3 announces the expansion of Station 34 as well as the district Administration Building. The nearly 3,700-square-foot addition to Station 34 will include two drive-through apparatus bays, a dorm room, an office, a living room expansion, a bathroom, and a workout room. The expansion of the Administration Building will include over 1,500 square feet of office space, a conference room, and a variety of amenities as well as an expanded parking lot. Construction began in October, and the projects are expected to be completed by mid-summer. Financing for the projects was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
