Little Elm, Texas (June 2021) – The Little Elm Economic Development Corporation announces the groundbreaking of “Tinman Social.” This social entertainment venue is made possible through a Public-Private Partnership. The facility will include ping pong, cornhole, axe throwing, shuffleboard, bowling, and a full-service restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The square footage will be 38,000 square feet and is anticipated to be completed by Spring 2022. Financing for the project was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
