Kaufman, Texas (November 2023) – The Kaufman Economic Development Corporation (Kaufman EDC) announces the acquisition of 105 acres of land from the Trinity Valley Community College Foundation. The size of the property along with an adjacent 40 acres will allow the Kaufman EDC to market it for mid- to large-scale industrial projects which will lead to job creation and an increased tax base in the City of Kaufman. Financing for the land acquisition was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, TX.
