Jefferson County, Oregon (August 2020) Jefferson County Oregon is announcing the construction of a new healthcare facility, Jefferson County Health and Wellness Campus, located at 470 NE A Street in the county seat, Madras. This 21,200 square foot facility adjacent to the St. Charles Medical Center will be shared by Jefferson County Public Health and Mosaic Medical, which is a cooperative venture between private, nonprofit and community health. The Health and Wellness Campus will provide access to healthcare for Jefferson County residents and families. Construction is scheduled to be completed Spring 2022. BBT Architects was selected as the architect and Skanska USA as the General Contractor. Government Capital Corporation was selected as the most cost-effective financing solution.
