Early, Texas (August 2023) – The Early Municipal Development District (Early MDD) has recently acquired 1.25 acres of land in the heart of its Retail Trade Area. The land is currently being cleared to make room for new construction of a restaurant or retail store. The Early MDD is looking forward to redeveloping this vital location and creating an opportunity for revenue for the city. Financing for the land was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, TX.
