Dawson County District Attorney, Texas (April 2021) ‐ The Dawson County District Attorney’s office recently purchased multiple vehicles for use by District Attorney employees. “These vehicles eliminate the use of personal vehicles for county business,” stated Phillip Mack Furlow, Dawson County District County. “The purchase and maintenance of these vehicles is cost effective and allows the county more efficient budgeting.” The County selected Mitch Hall Chevrolet Buick GMC of Lamesa and Gunn Honda as the vendor for the vehicles. Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas provided the financing for the acquisitions.
“This purchase is part of a fleet rotation. The County previously financed equipment with Government Capital and we continue to be pleased with the rates, flexibility and attention to detail provided by Government Capital,” stated Phillip Mack Furlow, Dawson County District Attorney. “I appreciate Government Capital’s knowledge of public safety finance solutions which allows their clients to afford much-needed equipment.”
“I was a pleasure to work with Philip Mack Furlow and the Dawson County team on the purchase of the fleet vehicles,” commented Drew Whitington, Vice President Client Services, Government Capital Corporation. “We take great pride in providing financings for municipalities that meet their needs and objectives and allow them to be fiscally responsible.”
