Tool, TX (February 2026) – The City of Tool announces the acquisition of a new excavator to be used to address drainage issues around the city. The new equipment will provide a more efficient and cost-effective approach for the installation of new culverts. The equipment was recently delivered to the city and will be put into use as soon as possible. Financing for the acquisition was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
