Silverton, OR (April 2022) – The City of Silverton announces the construction of a new civic center. Groundbreaking will take place on April 11th and the project is anticipated to be completed by August 2023. The two-story, 26,000 square-foot, facility will house the Silverton police department, municipal court, council chambers, and city hall. Architectural design is provided by Mackenzie, construction is being provided by Corp Inc., and project management is by Compass Project Solutions Inc. Financing for the project was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
