Scottsville, KY (October 2024) – The City of Scottsville announces the acquisition of a Hydro Excavator, expected to arrive in October, for the city’s Lead Water Line Service project. Additionally, the city is nearing completion of a city-wide Smart Water Meter Project replacing over 2,500 meters which began in the summer of 2022. The water meter project was partially funded through grant proceeds, and both projects received financing from Government Capital Corporation of Southlake, Texas.
