Grand Saline, TX (January 2024) – The City of Grand Saline announces the acquisition of a new Gradall Excavator from Kirby Smith Machinery, Inc. The excavator is replacing a used model the city utilized for several years and will provide increased efficiency in various road and highway projects. The equipment was delivered in October, and financing for the acquisition was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, Texas.
