The equipment was needed for ongoing projects and was put in use directly upon delivery in February. Financing for the acquisitions was provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, TX.

CITY OF BRIDGEPORT ANNOUNCES HEAVY EQUIPMENT ACQUISITION

The new equipment is replacing older models that served the city for over twenty years. Delivery of the street rollers from Closner Equipment has begun, and the city anticipates receiving the final delivery in April. FALLS COUNTY ACQUIRES NEW EXCAVATOR

Marlin, TX (April 2023) – Falls County announces the acquisition of a new excavator to be used on the county’s Roads and Bridges project. The new excavator is the second in the county’s fleet and will be used in conjunction with heavy-duty freight trucks to clear the path for the new roads. The new equipment is expected to arrive by the end of April and the infrastructure improvements will begin upon the equipment’s arrival.
