Runge, TX (January 2025) – Runge ISD announces the completion of a campus-wide roof replacement project. The project became necessary after significant leaks were discovered at Runge High School. Over the course of four weeks, the old roofing was carefully removed and replaced to ensure the safety and comfort of all of the students and staff. The project was completed by Coryell Roofing, and financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation in Southlake, Texas.
“We are very appreciative of the Texas Association of Community Schools (TACS) for introducing us to the resources and guidance that made this possible,” Hector Dominguez, Superintendent of Runge ISD, shared. “Through TACS, we had the opportunity to learn about Government Capital and Coryell Roofing. Their expertise and professionalism were instrumental in the success of this project.”
“I want to congratulate Mr. Dominguez and the Runge ISD board on the success of this project,” Matt Sullivan, Municipal Finance Specialist at Government Capital Corporation, commented. “We take great pride in partnering with Texas school districts to best serve their students and communities.”
