Runge ISD Announces Roof Replacement Project

Runge, TX (January 2025) – Runge ISD announces the completion of a campus-wide roof replacement project. The project became necessary after significant leaks were discovered at Runge High School. Over the course of four weeks, the old roofing was carefully removed and replaced to ensure the safety and comfort of all of the students and staff. The project was completed by Coryell Roofing, and financing was provided by Government Capital Corporation in Southlake, Texas.

“We are very appreciative of the Texas Association of Community Schools (TACS) for introducing us to the resources and guidance that made this possible,” Hector Dominguez, Superintendent of Runge ISD, shared. “Through TACS, we had the opportunity to learn about Government Capital and Coryell Roofing.  Their expertise and professionalism were instrumental in the success of this project.”

HAWLEY ISD ANNOUNCES FACILITY RENOVATION AND EXPANSION

Hawley ISD logoHawley, TX (October 2024) – Hawley ISD announces the implementation of a renovation and expansion project to the district’s physical education building. When the district’s previous gymnasium, built in the 1930s, could no longer adequately serve the growing student population, physical education classes temporarily moved to a renovated cafeteria space.

Now, through financing provided by Government Capital combined with the district’s project funds, Hawley ISD is beginning the renovation and expansion of the old gymnasium. The use of the old facility allows the district to retain a historic community symbol while providing a state-of-the-art learning environment for students for years to come.

COLMESNEIL ISD LAUNCHES FACILITY RENOVATIONS

Colmesneil ISD logoColmesneil, TX (June 2024) – Colmesneil ISD has begun a renovation project to the district’s Career and Technology Center (CTC). The building became unusable after a lightning strike damaged the electrical system causing classes to temporarily relocate to the district’s maintenance building. The renovations to the CTC will begin with replacing the electrical system followed by the installation of six welding booths. The renovated facility will also contain updated classroom, project, and office spaces.

Construction is projected to begin by the start of the summer, and the district anticipates completing instruction space by the beginning of the new school year. Financing for the project is being provided by Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, TX.

BUSHLAND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AWARDS ROOFING UPGRADES

Bushland, TX (October 2023) – Bushland Independent School District recently awarded a district-wide roofing replacement project to Coryell Roofing. The project will focus on replacing storm-damaged roofs across multiple facilities throughout the district’s campuses. FLOWER MOUND PUBLIC SCHOOL ANNOUNCES CAMPUS UPDATES

Lawton, OK (October 2023) – Flower Mound Public School announces the opening of their new Early Childhood Center and the completion of various roofing upgrades throughout the campus. Furnishing of the Early Childhood Center was completed in the early fall, allowing classes to begin in late October, and playground equipment will be installed by the end of November. The campus-wide roofing replacement is a welcome upgrade to the district. The buildings previously had shingled roofs that frequently required costly repairs due to hail and wind damage. HAMILTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT ACQUIRES OFFICE BUILDING

Hamilton, TX (September 2023) – The Hamilton Central Appraisal District (Hamilton CAD) announces the acquisition of an office building to house the CAD’s future operations. The facility is currently undergoing renovations to meet ADA requirements and to provide a lobby for guests. Having been in the current building for over thirty years, the Hamilton CAD team is looking forward to moving into the updated facility by the end of 2023.
